Spears produce comprehensive lines of injection molded PVC and CPVC fittings offers a variety of configurations in molded Schedule 80 sizes ¼” through 12” conforming to ASTM D2467 standards. Unlike metal, PVC and CPVC fittings never rust, scale, or pit, and will provide many years of maintenance-free service and extended system life. PVC Thermoplastic can handle fluids at a service temperature up to 140 degree F and CPVC Thermoplastics can handle fluids at service temperature up to 200 degree F., allowing a wide range of process applications, including hot corrosives liquids. Spears Thermoplastic Fittings provide smooth interior walls result in lower pressure loss and higher volume than conventional metal fittings. With substantially lower material costs than steel alloys or lined steel, combined with lighter weight and ease of installation, Spears PVC and CPVC fittings can assist in reducing installation costs as much as 60% over conventional metal systems
